I have lived at Knollwood Crossing since August of 2008. I absolutely love every single thing about my apartment. This place is my home. This is the first apartment complex that I've ever lived in where I actually enjoy everything about it. I honestly look forward to coming home every day!
I love the fact that I have two balconies. I love having my own entrance to my apartment. I love being able to park right in front of my place. I love the huge walk in closet with the full size w/d hook up. I love the open space in the living room and I love the amount of space that I have in my apartment.
I have read some of the other reviews and I can honestly say that I haven't experienced any of the problems that I've read about. My walls are not thin, I have not heard my neighbors since I've been here. Some of my neighbors have pets and children and I haven't heard a thing. The complex is very neat and clean. I've never had any problems with parking, and the streets were kept pretty clean during the winter months.
The staff has been great since I've moved in, especially Selena...she is awesome!!! I have never had any problems with maintenance, when I need something, which has been rare, they come out and take care of the problem immediately.
Overall, there is no other place I'd rather be. The community is nice, its clean, the environment is very pleasant, I feel extremely safe, and the price is GREAT! I would recommend this place to anyone!!!!!
