I moved here with my boyfriend in August and it seemed to be a nice community. Then, we started having issues. Our guest bathroom only ran hot water and wouldnt adjust to warm or back down to cold. We called maintenance and they said they had to order a part then drill into the wall to fix it. Well, almost a year later (end of our lease!) it's still not fixed. Also, our freezer doesnt freeze properly and the staff told us not to put a lot of food in the freezer. Are you kidding me' Where else am I supposed to put it' Can I also mention I havent had an ice cold anything in the past year' Oh, and how currently my ice cream is half melted'

It's kind of sad that the positive posts are written by the office staff themselves. I mean seriously, who describes the features of an apartment better than the staff' They really are LAZY and PATHETIC. They really DONT answer any calls and are never in the office. When you actually do walk in the office and catch them they finish up their conversation BEFORE asking what you need.

Also, our neighbors are a joke. How many people can you cram into a two bedroom apartment' I mean seriously, they sit outside talking about drugs and degrading women while their seven kids are running wild in their diapers. Oh, and I love how they use the building's water to fill up their plastic pool. I wonder if the staff has noticed an increase in their bill'

One last complaint especially for the parents out there. There is multiple sex offenders living in the complex and one of them even walks around the community bright and early and looks in people's windows and cars!
