Expensive but nice

The lakes apartments are nice in appearance, have a wonderful management and maintainence staff, a great pool, and fun social activities.
The apartments are drafty and we have experienced very high utility bills in the winter months.
We moved due to an increase in rent. We just didn't see it being worth almost $1000 for a 2bed, 2bath apartment once you add in the pet fee and garage rental.
Overall, the lakes is a nice place to live, they are very spacious and visually appealing. You just need deep pockets, especially in the winter.
