The Manager is very rude. When my kids go to get cookies they yell at them and say there for the guest and say friday they will have cookies but when they go there isnt any. Also there are AlOT of insects. Also your parking is assigned to your apartment but the thing is that people will still park in your spot and if you park in someone elses they leave you a note stating they will tow your car! I would recommend that if you wanted to live in West Chester buy a house or go to the apartments called Beckett Reserve or the Landings.
