I am an outside providor, bidding on a job at the Lakes at West Chester Village and just found this post while looking for information. If you live here, you need to know that your staff really does care about the upkeep and wants the best possible appearance and that is why they are seeking the best vendors for the job. I have served on HOA boards and know this is not normally the case and was very impressed. They also wanted to make sure the dog run area was maintained.
