Im not sure how to say this and not affend anyone, but this place is Ideal if you are receiving help from the government, the units are nice and the they are kept up well.
But for someone like me who is more interested in the saftey of my child it is terrible. If I would have called the local police dept first to get an opinion they would have been able to warn me not to live there. But not knowing any better and thinking because the place was nice the people must be, I found out quickly its a very bad area, I am moving soon because theres no way I could let my child play with the kids in that area. There is always some kind of drama going on outside, the police are there several times A week and the people around there act like they have no respect for anyone else. I couldnt count the nights my daughter has been woken up in the middle of the night because people were just being rudely loud outside. There are small children wondering all over the place with no parental supervision of any kind. The kids ride there bikes right in front of your car on purpose just to make you mad. They have absolutely no sence at all. If you value peace and quiet you would not choose to live there.
