When we moved here from out of state, we were excited to find a spacious apartment for such a reasonable rate. While the outside is tidy some of the facilities have been in need of repair for quite some time now. While they do not inform you of the actual "crime rate", we have not actually seen any crime since moving here. We do not plan on living here for longer than two years. It's a place for transition.
