The June post is inconsistent on the following points the pool was open this year and on a very regular basis. I have not heard anyone including my youngsters or neighbors complain about the pool being dirty. Also note the West Chester mounted officer does not patrol through the complex as indicated. They used to but also did in several other communities of West Chester. However since March I have as of yet not seen one mounted officer. I have seen mounted officers on a regular basis patroling through Union Station apartments which are in a different area of West Chester. The families as a whole seem to for the most part lived in the complex for quite some time, as most of the kids know each other and are very close knit. The staff even treats the kids every Friday during the school year and keeps a roster of activities kids can get involved in like skating parties, etc. In terms of people being of a low quality I would say the people are no diffrent than those found in any other complex. If nothing else at least I can say that people at least sweep off their walkways. The units themselves are actually newer than Union Station, Woodbridge on the Lake, and several other complexes however not as new as The Lakes or The Landings of Beckett Ridge. Like anything do your research and research how old buildings you are looking at are, drive through at night on weekdays and the weekend. Heck even ask tenants at random what they think about the complex. I did my research and was able to find an apartment that was affordable to our family as we transition towards purchasing a home in a neighborhood where my daughter enjoys playing outside.
