Okay so I have been here going on 5 months and I am trying to get out. My husband and I moved into our first place and it sounded great. We had to sign our paper work before we could do our walk through. With in one month our tile was coming up in the bathroom, things were coming up through our carpet and we were told this was one of the newest and most popular apartments. My neighbor is a wanna be rapper and wants to rap at 3am and he joggs with a bulit proof vest on which after a few months isn't such a bad Idea. below him are the 7 guys in one house with 0 english skills although very nice and keep to themselves are usually up to something with a new car to sit in the lot or have a housefull of people. The kids here may be close but are usually up to something my car has been hit with bikes and their fav thing Rocks it isn't odd to see a 2 year old running around doing her own thing or to hear a fight on the play ground (we live across from it and it is loud.)which we thought was great I have two step kids who visit offten and we can't let them outside because I am afraid of what might happen and the kids are afraid to sit on the steps outside due to the adult language and content taking place. On top of all of that a recent bed bug infestation has plauged the entire complex. It isn't odd to have the swat team at the complex next to us. The office staff is the worst they are rude and make you feel unwanted and like they are counting down the days until you leave. The maintenance guys are so nice and always have a friendly face(there is my one and only positive). Every weekend has to be some sort of mexican holiday and it isn't odd to hear the loud car stereo at 3 am while jose sings his heart out in spanish to a window "I am sorry"(true story). The hot tub was open for one day and the pool is so pack when it is open you would have more fun with a garden hose. If you want to feel welcome and happy and not get eaten alive by bugs DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE!

It is no surprise to hear that a new tenant did not like this place.....We looked at it - the office staff was rude and the place looked like a ghetto. When I posted my comment about it, I was told that I was insane for thinking this place was a ghetto. It's funny that residents of West Chester told us to run away as soon as we told them we were looking here. You can tell if a comment is from the office staff or an actual tenant.
