I have lived here only a few months but so far so good. The girls in the office are so friendly and down to earth. Where i lived before the office staff was so stiff and it made it very uncomfortable to even talk to them. There have been times when i have just went in for a visit. Please dont let me forget about all the activities they do with all the kids. All I can say about Meadow Ridge is good. I plan on being here for awhile. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

I've been living here for about 8-9years and 5 years in this particular apt. in the complex. Number one the maintenance men here are the best!!! I believe they are a little under staff in maintenance and they still do a great job. They neighbors here mostly keep to themselves. Like anywhere else where there is a group of people; some are nastier than others. My only complaint is the trash. Maintenance should not have to focus so much on trash (as they do) if residence here would complete the transaction of their trash from their apt. to and INSIDE the dumpster!!! The layout inside the apartments are cool!! That's what kept me here for so long. But my time is up. I've been here for a while and I'm getting a little weary of the drive from here into the city for work and visit family/friends. So I plan on moving within a year. I will miss the sounds of Latin music (I believe it's about 70-80% Latino pop.), the diversity here and the ------- cool maintenance staff!! Rodney and Clifford big ups!! As well as the other gentlemen. The office do what they can. One I feel is a little shady!! Here vibe is weird. But the other office staff members are cool and down to earth. Oh! another little issue is that when this place was built; it was built quick and cheap. So there are issues here and there like quick wear and tear like tiles, cabinets, water pipes. Like I stated before I believe the maintenance here is under staff and they do the best they can. And some of the residence here don't care as much about cleaness as some others may.
