i LIVED HERE FOR 4YEARS UNTIL I MOVED TO TYLER'S CREEK...ONE THING ABOUT IT THERE WAS A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPLEX.IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE WHEN I MOVED IN..IN 2001 IT WAS A NICE PEACEFUL AND CLEAN PLACE...WE HAD TO GO THROUGH BEING ON THE NEWS BECAUSE OUR TRASH WAS NOT COLLECTED FOR WEEKS...IT WAS PILED SO HIGH IT WAS DOWN RIGHT UNSANITARY..IT LOOKED AS IF WE WERE LIVING IN ANOTHER PLANET...GARBAGE LAND...THERE IS A BIG PROBLEM WITH DRUGS AND CRIME THERE...SOMEONE WAS JUST RECENTLY MURDERED THERE...ALSO THERE IS A SERIOUS GEESE PROBLEM ...I LIVED BY THE LAKE ...POOP EVERYWHERE...BUT THE MAIN REASON I MOVED WAS ROACHES...ALSO CHECK YOUR VENTS IN THE DINING ROOM...REMOVE THAT COVER AND SEE IF IT'S BEEN CLEANED...OURS WAS FILTHY ...BEWARE IF YOU MOVE HERE

i have never lived there but we applied to there about a year ago and the ----- in the office was so rude, stuck up, and snotty i wanted to punch her, but i got over that after i seen the apt... it was beautiful, my husband and i loved it, beautiful views.. etc.. SO we paid the 25 app fee and never heard a response, so i called 11 days later and the idiot tells me my current landlord gave her a bad report on us and said "we owe our landlord money".... well 2 make a long story short, she lied, i called the corporate office, they told me call the trails of wc property manager... i did, she was just as much of a rude ----- as the receptionist or whatever she is/was... so we decided it was in THEIR best intrest that we not move there... hee hee... but i feel so sorry for the ones that live there or lived there when them people were running it, i give you kudos for being able to refrain from beating the hell out of the office staff!!!.... i think the snotty ass was named amy or something.. anyways i would recommend a better place to live... where people actualy want you there!!! good luck to you all
