We have lived here for almost three years and this place has been awful. We are the only people left in our building because everyone else was smart and got out before a new company took over the property promising to make all these magnificent changes, but kicking out the lower income individuals who qualified to live here.
There is no maintenance crew, there is one man in a truck who cleans up trash every now and then. The lights in our breezeway and out in the parking lot were out for months. We've been put on a six month lease twice because the property has been under THREE different management companies in the last year. There is still plastic tarps flapping around in the wind on the roofs of the buildings from a summer storm in 2007! The grass went forever without being cut and there has been a murder in the apartment building next to us and a fire that killed some children because they're smoke detectors didn't work which are supposed to be checked every six months or so by maintenance. I am not making this up, I still drive by the charred remains of that apartment everytime I leave home. There were also like 10 people living in a three bedroom apartment. They had so many cars to that apartment, there was no where to park! So much for revamping, this place is the pits, I can't wait until our lease is up for the FINAL time!

Have you looked out your windows lately? The newest company has owned this place for 6 weeks and all of the roofs have been replaced, the shutters and balconies have have all been replaced or painted. Have you noticed all the new landscapping too? Try going up to the office and ask to see their newly renovated apartments, which are going for $200 dollars more than what I've been paying, and you will see the difference. Oh, and by the way, if you hated it here so much, why did you continue to renew your lease? I think this place is finally changing for the good.
