A Wonderful Place To Live!

My family and I have lived here now for 2 months and so far it has been great! By all means try to get Shannon, the assistant manager, to talk to about renting here! She is by far the BEST manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in any aspect of business. We had concerns about security and noise from when we moved from our old apt, but Shannon was very down to earth and gave us no b.s. about anything. She took us to several town homes and showed us everything there is here.

The grounds are beautiful, the pool is spectacular, parking is right at your front door (though at times we have had to park in the next lot over, but really no big deal). We havent had any maintenance that has needed to be done, but I always see them out and about getting things done.

Currently our 2 neighbors have problems with closing their front doors quietly, like they weigh about 300 pounds or something! BOOM! We have talked to Shannon about this and the one neighbors weekly parties, and she vows that things will get done about it. It seems to be working already as they have started to quiet down! Like I said, Shannon RULES!

The townhomes themselves are very new and well built. Heating and air is minimal because of good windows and insulation. Your bill won't be high at all, plus you don't have to deal with Duke Energy anymore, which is nice since they can be a pain and disconnect you for being late on your payment. All payments go to the city of Hamilton and so far no problems at all.

As far as shopping and the like, there is a SpeedWay right at the corner and groceries are only a few short miles away. Getting to the main highway (275) is a bit out of the way, but not too bad, it just depends on what time of the day it is. Work for me is a 26 mile one way venture but well worth it to live here.

So I highly recommend Tyler's Creek Townhomes to anyone who would like to live in a safe and beautiful neighborhood! A
