I have lived here for almost 1 year, and regret ever chosing this as my home. At the office the staff are very disorganized, unfriendly, and nosey. While signing our lease I noticed that ---- the staff member cared more about staring at my breasts than signing our lease. we had to take the tour of the building to see if we liked it ourselves because ---- was on lunch. when initially moving in, looking past the early complications, they were to busy to do our walkthrough. it has been a constant downhill battle from that point. they dont tell you up front that your $250 deposit for pets, this includes cats, dogs, and even birds, in non refundable.
neighbors are also nosey, loud, and very unfriendly. I tried to meet a couple of mine when we moved in only to find that around here your better off keeping to yourself and looking the other way. dont even ask about parking.
the bottom of the barrell was when i came home from work one day to see a note on my door saying that there was an excess of dog poo behind several of the buildings and we were being charged with cleaning it up. a $50 charge for cleaning up something i had absolutely no part in, mostly because i dont have pets...
all i want to say is just don't do it. save yourself the grief.
