This Place may look good but whatever you do don't judge this book by its cover. First of all the property manager Vito is an absolute ass. He could care less about the safety of his tenants. He hated the property so much that he moved out after living there for over two years. The only people that he wants living at this property is the ones that qualify for section 8. So if you don't have it then don't even try to move in here. I am happy to say that I will be moving as soon as my lease expires and I will NEVER recommend this ---- whole to anyone....unless you are GHETTO.

The complex is nice. The property is kept up very well. There has been alot of change in management which does not look good but they've always addressed my concerns in a timely manner. This place is far from the projects. Look at other apt complexes in the Fairfield area and you'll agree that Tyler's Creeks will rank with the best of them.

This complex is GHETTO!! all you have to do is drive through on any given day and you will see for yourself. The only reason that it is far from the projects is because the original projects are located on the other side of town by the river. Just so you know...SECTION 8 is accepted here!!!!!

I do agree this place is ghetto, and yes they do except section 8 here.
