This place is for low income people, there are a few people here that are not on section 8.
If you want to live semi getto, come here. The maintance people here don't come right away takes them about a month to do anything.
The manager here is not very good always comes to work with a bad attitude never smiles, and they will evict you for just about anything.
Children here can do just about anything because the parents don't care where they go or what they do.
The grounds here are very nice and the insides of the townhouses are nicely set up.
Over all if your section 8 low income with no where else to go, this will be the place for you.
They say dogs are aloud but watch out because some of these people have pitbulls.
Also, the guy thats in charge of this place has no clue what goes on here and I guess he doesn't really care.

I agree with everything you stated except the part on evicting people. I have complained about my neighbors and their LOUD music and domestic disputes for 9 solid months and they have not been evicted yet. I guess the management here caters to the people that have section 8 and the hard working people that don't have section 8 just have to deal with it.

So far I've seen alot of people getting evicted over silly things, but nothing serious. It does seem like they only cater to section 8 people, thats funny we both think alike on this one. Especially being evicted if you don't pay your water bill. The manager here doesn't care about anything other than getting more section 8 people in here. Everyone that isn't section 8 should get together all at once and move out so we can make room for more people on welfare. Lets see how long this property will last before it becomes straight ghetto.

Wow, the poster and the user's responding all live within a building of me! It is ridiculous!! They do evict for stupid things and not evicting the tenants that are causing trouble & getting the police called on them. They also do favor the section 8 tenants.
