A wonderful layout. Computer nooks, bar style divider from kitchen to dining room, on site storage, washer dryer hook up, and cable ready. Lovely landscaping with children play areas. Use of the clubhouse, fitness room, business area, and pool.

You forgot to mention that section 8 is accepted if not preferred! Management doesn't care about your problems and it takes a few months to get maint. to show up. Children run wild and free with out supervision mostly in the parking lots and driving area. Many complaints filed with management but not one single result! DON'T MOVE HERE!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

First of all I am not section 8 and on Waterfowl Lane it is pretty peaceful. Most people keep to themselves and the children are usually on the sidewalk, unless riding bikes. I have called maint. 3 times and all 3 of those times they responded the same day or within 2. With Tyler's Creek being as large as it is I do not feel this is an unreasonable amount of time. The one time I filed a complaint in regards to tenants who were being obnoxious and selling drugs, they were asked to leave by the end of that month. So I do not regret moving here, nor does my husband or daughter.

I'm going to take it that you either work for tyler's creek or you just don't get out very much. It is horrible here and I am not on section 8 here either.
90 percent of the people that live here are on section 8 and just this past weekend 3 more people on section 8 just moved in.
Also I know exactly where Waterfowl is and it looks trashy on that street, I don't know what you call clean but that street is defintly not. You also said you filed a complaint against some people that are selling drugs OMG come on, if you have a child why would you call this place nice, You should never want to live anywhere that has drugs being sold in a community that has children and I bet they are still there.
Im not totally saying this place is the ghetto but in a few years it will be because people who get free or reduced housing will abuse them, take alook around to some of the homes that are not section 8 and tell me what you see, then look at some of the ones that are on section 8 as a matter of fact go to MT Healthy Seven Hills where at one time used to be an upper middle class neighborhood where alot of people including myself used to live and grew up.
Because of section 8 goverment housing it was taken over and now you can't even drive through it without worrying that your going to be shot and the homes that used to be nice look like ----.
Im not saying that all section 8 people are bad but because of there reputation it has given places to live bad names and people will abuse it because its free.
