The apartment manager is never in the office and never returns calls. The hallways are not kept clean. It takes several weeks for a maintenance request to be answered. The management is very rude, unorganized, and unprofessional. If she does return a call she is very aggravated about having to help you in any way. The side walks are not shoveled in the winter. The quarter machine is not kept stocked for your laundry use. There is not a playgound for children. If there was new management this would be a great place to live.
