I don't mind living here. I live in a two bedroom townhome. I've been here for a year. The air conditioning NEVER cooled the apartment. I reported the problem twice. The ceiling in the small bedroom was leaking at one point, they fixed the exterior problem though they did not fix the giant gap in the bedroom ceiling. The fixtures are cheap and fall apart, my stick on kitchen floor is pealing up. Parking is a total nightmare. I never have anywhere to park. I feel that the renters with two bedrooms should be assigned two spots. My, and my roommates cars were both keyed in the parking lot. Called the office to report the problem, and they were nothing but rude about it. Although most of the time the ladies in the office are nice.
