We have lived here for about a year. Very cheap compared to McMillan Woods-which we get letters about why we should mover there all the time. 2 bedrooms with a basement=lots of space. The drain in our basement floods sometimes-bought some Drano and it's been ok for a while. The basement was not sealed correctly-I tried to mop the floor and my water started to disappear-it was being absorbed into the ground. Sooooo, we took it upon ourselves to seal the basement with caulk and repaint the walls where the paint was bubbling up. Quite a bit of work, but it's worth it to be able to hang out in the basement with less worry about water damage on everything. Also, the air conditioner's water reservoir was leaking through the wall, into the basement. It's too cold now to mess with it since we're not using it but we'll call about it in the summer. We lived with it by putting a tray underneath it to catch the water after we figured out what was happening, pulled the A/C out of the wall a little bit so the water wouldn't drain into the basement. Basement is missing some insulation-but we'll live.

Correct that service calls hardly get answered-they never fixed the drain in the basement, but they did fix the bathtub when the hot water was acting up-sounded like a gun going off sometimes because it wasn't getting even pressure.

Very good for a first apartment...really makes my boyfriend and I want to own a house so that the next time we have to put this much work (basement) into a place it will be ours.
