i will never come back all around is drugs and partiers. all summer had AC but it never worked. to fix it they just recharge it then say its fine then some windows will open others wont. if they do open they want to fall out. parking is always bad never able to get our asigned spot the walls and ceiling has cracks going all over the place.thy also want us to resign but they want to raise went 20 bucks. if we resign the y would put in a ceiling fan that i already put in or a 10 dollor gift card to lowes or homedepot and places for home imporvement. Alittle flacky if you ask me they want you to get stuff to fix up there ---- holes. also our hot water tank is about to fall thought the floor

i have been here for along time.when i first moved in it seem like i was moving into a very nice apartment.it wasnt even a few weeks after i moved in the apartment that i notice once u got moved in everything they promised you was just to get you in here.i could never get nothing fix and if they did come fix something you proably could had done the job yourself.so thats what i did.i know now management has their picks of who they want to help.these apartment could be nice but they never finish what they start and things that are important are put on the back burning.i mean 765.00a month is not cheap i have seen low income apartment look better inside and out.if they put an effort in not just how the apartments appears on the outside and do the same for the inside then maybe they would get people in here that would take better care and respect the apartments.
