My boyfriend, a friend, and I moved here because the place sounds like a great deal and it seemed to be in a good area. We soon found out this was not the case. Our neighbors across the street had cops coming around almost daily. Some would come with guns and under cover cars. We would constantly be woken up by helicopters shining their lights into our apartment. One night my boyfriend ran into the house because he said someone was following him. Parking was horrible. They assigned everyone parking stickers,however, never enforced them. There was a junk car that sat infront of our apartment for months even though we complained regularly. Also we would have people parking in our spots from around the neighborhood. People would also work on their junk cars until very early in the morning. Maintenece was horrible and would take several days to weeks before anyone would come. When they came to fix the toilet, the man broke several of my candles and left the glass on the floor. Plus all the dirty water from the toilet. There is nothing scenic about this place so don't be fooled. If you visit the pond you will find plenty of beer bottles and trash. Be careful not to step on dog poop left by owners as they are not punished for not picking it up. Several times management lost paperwork which caused us to pay extra for our garage. When we finally moved out, they sent us the security deposit check with the wrong names on it. We are still waiting for them to correct this problem. That was 4 months ago.

Completely Agree, the only thing you forgot was all the cars that broke into and the apartment acts like nothing is happening.
