We have lived here for several years and the first year, we experienced very few problems. We did know of several incidents of break-ins (both cars and apartments). The parking stikers are never enforced, and parking is definitely a problem if you don't be by 9pm. Biggest problems are arising lately. People do not pick up after their dogs so there is poop EVERYWHERE. Our neighbors downstairs NEVER pick up after their dog and we have made several complaints to the office already. Nothing has changed yet. When the poop is right in front of your door, it's just gross.

Additionally, management has decided to add a $5 trash disposal fee without notice. Definitely not a part of the lease. They have also instituted a $100 process fee of some sort if you choose to let your lease roll over to a month-to-month. Seems like they are nickling and diming us. Can't wait to see what other "fees" will be added without notice!

Street light by our apartment is always out, which is disturbing since this end of the complex is the one that always seems to have break-ins. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond, but doesn't always do a good job. When we moved in there was mold in th sealing by the shower...told the office on several different occasions. Still there and I am sure we'll get hit with a charge when we move out. Some of the neighbors are trashy, but you get what you pay for.
