We have lived here for about 5 months now, and we have found the staff to be very friendly and also very helpful. Most repairs were done the same day. They were also helpful when we had some neighbors issues. It is close to a ton of shopping places and restaurant. Because I am an OSU student, the fact that I can get to campus is about 20 mins without living downtown is definetely a plus!
