The worst Property Manager

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I have lived in Cabot Cove for two years but never before i came across such an arrogant property manager ever in my life. The houses are often not given with 100% complete finishings. There are always one or other things are missing. Most importantly, irrespective of whether you left the apartment in same condition or even better condition, YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL NEVER BE RETURNED, INSTEAD YOU WILL GET A BILL LATER FOR ATLEAST $700-900 ON VARIOUS PRETEXTS. Ask anyone who has lived there, it is by default you will surely get the claim collection bill.
