Countryview West is co-managed by Bayside Commons, a Section 8 apartment complex next door. The management rarely returns phone calls and if you're lucky enough to get ahold of anyone, they are often rude and dismissive of tenant's needs. T&R Properties (the owner of the property)is unreachable except in messages left for the receptionist through an answering machine/service. Random people wander around the complex from next door. Residents do not appear to observe parking rules, i.e. two parking spaces per apartment. Many cars on the lot appear beaten up/junked and have cracked windows, missing tags, etc. Many of the apartments themselves have torn/ripped screens. Neighbors leave their front yards trashed for days at a time. Maintenance requests take weeks to be filled. My dishwasher was broken for over a month, my front door lock for over a week. For the price, it's just not worth the hassle. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
