Not worth the price

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
We have lived here for a year and had may problems. The office staff is very rude and unprofessional even when things escalate to the corporate manager she's not any better. They have tried to get money out of us almost every month until we had to threaten to sue for harassment. The only office girl we liked quit, if that tells you anything! Our toilet was broke for nearly 6 weeks in a 1 toilet apartment, the back yard always has junk(baby crib, christmas tree, mattress, etc) in it brought by the kids b/c there is no where for them to play. My car and several others were broken into. A lot of the cars are broken down and taking up much needed parking spaces. There are always weird people hang out and walking around. The neighbors were noisy but they finally moved out. The apartment itself is not that bad, not really worth the price, but it works. Although when we moved in I had to clean everything b/c it was still very dirty. Everything wrong with it that I put on our move in slip is still wrong and I won't be surprised if they try to charge us for it. If you do have to move here... do it as a last resort and move in the front b/c they shove all the weirdos in the back(which by the way we picked a front apartment and they ripped that right from underneath us 2 weeks before we moved b/c the guy who lived in it never said he was moving out!) All in all its okay, but now they have raised the prices so its not worth it!
