I recently had to move across several states with a small timeline to accomplish the move. The staff at Crystal Lake assisted me by being very helpful and patient. They even went to the apartment and took pictures to email to me since I was not able to visit the apartments before my move. My stay at the apartments was enjoyable. If I had an issue, the maintenance staff was sent to fix the problem in a prompt manner. When I moved out, there was no bickering over my deposit. A quick check of the apartment and everything was settled and money owed to me was returned. Overall, one of the best apartment experiences for me ever. This was about my seventh rental experience. I would recommend Crystal Lake apartments to anyone looking for a good price on an apartment complex where the staff is helpful and understanding, price is not overrated, and with close proximity to schools, shopping and restaurants.
