I would never recommend living here. I have lived in the Hilliard area for the last 20 years and know that several communities have declined over the years due to the building of more upscale neighborhoods. This is one of the few apartment complexes that I looked at that I felt would be a good place for my last year here. My son will graduate from high school this year and then I will no longer need to live in the school district.

When I toured the property, they were very helpful and informative, however once I moved in it was a different story. I gave them a list of things that needed to be fixed in the apartment and they have only done one thing, that was the stove hood, which they did replace but pulled drywall out with the removal of the old hood. The bathroom did not have shower head when I moved in and there was a leak in the ceiling they were trying to fix. The basement/laundry area was never cleaned before we moved in and I had to that myself. The air conditioner is old and doesn't cool the upstairs all that well and the unit itself is poorly ventilated so all 3 floors are different temps. I have a thermometer that I took from floor to floor to see the difference and there was a 20 degree variance between the 2nd floor and the finished basement.

We can hear the next door neighbors as if they are standing in our apartment and cigarette smoke comes through the walls. There are many updates that are needed at this complex.

My car was broken into twice and then finally stolen. My sons car was broken into and the steering column was broken. Security lights were minimal and the courtesy officer I was told was on property did not have his contract renewed however we were never informed of that.

They did not clear any snow during the winter from anywhere in the lot.

By the end of my stay I just sort of put up with problems in the apartment since I knew that maitenance would either tell me that was the way the place was built or would take their time getting it fixed.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. FIND ANOTHER PLACE.

i think you are a mean ---- i have a pretty good idea who you are and i know for a fact the only reason people keep robbing you is because your kid is a drug dealer and your neighbors are counting the days till you leave
