Heritage is a very nice place to stay. I am a SF, who felt very safe in the community despite uncontrolled access. The town of Hilliard is quaint, quiet and cozy. Maintenance always fixed any problems (clogged drain) within 24 hours. Staff was very polite and honest. No place is perfect. There is a small mold problem so I would recommend getting the mold treatments upon signing lease or see if they can add into contract. Other than that...Great Place!
