A wonderful place to avoid...

I'm a recent former resident of Heritage Green and in my opinion, the apartments are not worth what you pay in monthly rent. My two bedroom townhome was over a thousand dollars a month, and I'd hardly call it "luxury;" cheaply made cabinets, bathroom fixtures that continuously fall apart, old flooring that reminds me of the halls in elementary school. Yes, there are quite a few spiders, too. Another thing that really put me off was the fact that they advertise an exercise facility, when in reality this is a very small room with a few machines; the room you see in the advertisements is long gone. In addition (and I found this out AFTER I moved and received a huge bill for repairs,) be wary of what is noted as a "pet fee," and hidden costs for water and other amenities. Look elsewhere for a nice place in Hilliard. Do your research, as there are many places that are privately owned in the city that are a better deal all around.
