I lived in heritage green for 2.5 years and didn't have as many awful experiences as other reviewers. I'm not sure of others' expectations, but I felt this was a very nice place to live and was affordable for the area. When I first move to Columbus I lived in Dublin in a 2 bedroom, 630 sq. ft. apartment for $925 a month! Rediculous. I did like the NW side of the city and found Heritage green as one of the most affordable and well-kept complexes for the area. I did have potato bugs when I first moved in- however, one spray from the maintenance crew and they never came back. I did have a faulty dishwasher- but everytime it acted up, the maintenance crew was there and it was fixed within 48 hours. I had a one bedroom and my rent was comparable to what I was living in. Others stated the apartment they moved into looked nothing like the model. I have to say I had a different experience- mine looked exactly like the model. Also, you have the option of walking through the exact apartment you are going to move into- if at that point you didn't like it, you should have spoken up then. I have recommended Heritage Green to other friends of mine. The only reason I moved was that I bought a condo. Other than that, I would still be residing there.
