Nice apartments, but VERY noisy and VERY unsafe for kids

The apartments themselves are actually really nice. The construction is good and is actually a pleasan place to live. The maintanence staff is very helpful, while the managers are not as helpful and only slightly unfriendly. The biggest problems come from the few bad residents that live here. There are major problems with noise at any time of day, roaming crowds of teenagers who egg cars and destroy property, and fast drivers who often speed past little kids on the playground area. So I recommend the apartments, but I say stay far away if you want any peace and quite and especially if you want to keep your kids safe. It's a shame.
