If you like tons of noise, rowdy destructive teenagers, and cars speeding through the neighborhood (near where little kids are playing), then this is the perfect place for you. Seriously, basketball at 3:00 in the morning, screaming in the streets, egging of cars, etc. really makes this place a horrible complex. It really has to be seen to be understood properly. It's a shame because the buildings themselves are made well and provide a good amount of comfort and space. It's a case of a few horrible residents ruining the place for everyone else. DON'T MOVE HERE!! You'll be happy you didn't. Just ask some of the current residents at random. Okay, rant over.

The basketball area is posted that it closes at 11pm. If you ever see people playing and making noise past this time all you have to do is call the police and they will make them leave. I don't know what happened in 2006, but in 2009 this was not that bad. Only a few times this summer did I feel people were playing ball too late.
