If you have to live in the southern (near I-70) area of Hilliard, be very careful with this place. I've lived here for about a year and have regretted moving here almost from day one. The construction is very good to be fair. Same goes for the maintenance guys. But not much other positive can be said. First off, the staff is utterly useless other than taking your rent. Questions must be asked directly or else you are left with the manager Doris' voicemail which is never returned. Just go directly to maintenance if you have problems. Second, if you have kids, this is not the place. People drag race up and down the main street on a daily basis. This is right where the nice little playground area is so kids are always in some danger when playing. Also there's a lot of suspicious activity going on here. Once a week at least cops are here investigating some distubance. Finally, there's a constant flow in the afternoons of cursing, screaming teenagers from the neighborhood (or from outside'). Really a loud and obnoxious place to live if you like any peace and quite at all. Sorry to complain so much, just want others to not fall into the same mistake that I did. Proceed with caution.
