My wife and I have lived here for over a year and I have not have any issue at all. Management has bent over backwards to help and if maintenance was ever needed it was done in a timely fashion. I like to talk with Doris but she takes care of many sites. Some of the past management was not very good at keeping up with their job but seems to be a good team in place now. We do not plan to move from here any time in the near future. One thing for sure I would have a hard time doing their job with all of the different typs of personalities in this world. I recommend Hilliard Park as a good place to live.
