Do not move here

Triangle doesn't seem to care about their residents or the company's reputation, just pushing new residents through in a volume business and not caring what you think of them while you're there or after you leave. The apartment staff would turn over every few months so you never got to know any of them, some were friendly but no one stayed more than a few months so it really didn't matter who was there and there was no continuity. It was also difficult at times to reach someone in the office or get your messages returned. I don't think I ever had a maintenance request taken care of on my first request while I lived there. The corporate office would nitpick little policies like not taking rent money slipped through the afterhours slot if the check was in an envelope and inserting a rent amount in your lease about $50 a month higher than the actual amount and then reducing it by the same amount if you paid on time. They also kept a large amount of my deposit when I moved out even though the apartment was reasonably cleaned. I was never able to get ahold of the one person in their corporate office they said handled deposits so I eventually gave up, figuring it wasn't worth it and I was just glad to be done with them.
The apartments themselves were ok, nothing special. They could have done so much more with this property like extending the second floor decks to give you a place to sit outside or adding some amenities. There was just a small pool, a single tennis court and a small gazebo. As for the membership in Sawmill Athletic Club they pushed so heavily, it was only weekdays and Sunday from 6 AM to 4 PM, not too good for someone who works first shift.
All in all, just don't bother with this place.
