I lived here for a year in 2003-2004 and liked it just fine. It was nothing special, but I never had any problems. The grounds were pretty nice and well kept. The apartment itself was pretty nice. My biggest problem was with the neighbors who often aired all their personal problems and arguments in the breezeway for everyone to hear, but usually these white-trash renters didn't stay very long. I never needed any maint., so can't comment on them, and rarely interacted with the office staff, but when I did, they were always courteous. I can't say what it's like now (2006), but my experience was pleasant.
