LakeRide was a very peaceful place to live.took good care of you when you needed maintenance or otherwise. Property was previously owned by "Triangle/Ardent" in 2006 but changed to new management company late in year. "Parkwood Management" some changes did come and the level of "professional" went down some....not necessarily in a bad way, but to a "hometown" everybody knows your name, kind of way. All in all it is a good property, turn right out of property and it's beautiful country for miles and miles, turn left and you have all the conveniences from Wal-Mart to the movies; this was the best part of living there. You can still hear the frogs at night, see the stars in the sky and feel like your in the country. It is a good place with decent rent rates. You won't be disappointed.
