This community was very nice, well maintained and the apartment had very nice features.

I was the first person who lived in the apartment after construction; a one bedroom apartment.

I always felt that the rent was reasonable, and having been there for several years, felt rent increases were not out of line.

Regarding a few issues --I had difficulties with the gates and the openers and would frequently be unable to get back to my apartment with my car.

Another unfortunate issue was that parking was frequently a challenge for some reason and on one particular night there were no spaces, so I had to put my car along a side street.

They towed my car.

Also, the walls were a bit thin, and I did have to register several complaints about unreasonably noisy neighbors, even calling security at one point.

The staff was only marginally helpful on this issue.
