This complex does not salt the parking lot nor the steps nor the sidewalk. They don't plow the snow either. The office told me that the salt responsibility was up to the residences who live here. A friend of mine slipped on the ice covered entrance and hit his back on the step and had to go to the chiropractor. thank goodness it is warm now! Winter was a pain in the well... back. I think the funniest part was when the office said it was city's responsibility to plow the snow in our complex. Street lights are burnt out after 6 months, are still not replaced. POOR Insullation. My windows were shut and yet the wind blew my curtains. No joke. I had to put plastic insullation over the windows myself.
