I heard through the grapevine that all the good comments were made by management! Their corporate office makes them come here and add good comments! Its awful, The new manager is very rude and they let ANYONE move in! The hallways smell, and their are dog droppings everywhere!The parking is awful, there is never a place to park. Do not believe any of the good comments on here! A friend just moved out and the charges are ridiculous!I definately do not reccomend!

I hate this place. I have had nothing but trouble with it. I was in a studio and moved into a two bedroom and it has caused nothing but problems. The electric and water goes through them and they cant get it right. They never gave my new address to the company and they are charging late fees and saying it is my fault. No responsibility in that office. They women that run it are rude!!! As you can see by others that the halls do smell bad, no parking, and anyone can get in the security doors. I do not reccomend living here. It is the worst place I have ever been and I lived on King Ave. They are overpriced and they let anyone live there. IT SUCKS!!! Oh, and I found out that if you live there and upgrade, you have to sign a new lease, pay 200 dollars for a transfer fee, and pay a 50 dollar fee to break your lease form the last place ever though you are doing them a favor by staying longer. I am pissed that I stayed I should have just stayed till my lease was up in June.

They own the electric & water co. (Mike DeAscentis & Ardent Property Mgmt.). They submeter each unit for more $. Their corporate office is in Columbus; they are Triangle Real Estate/Ardent Property Mgmt./Preferred Living & Lifestyle Communities. Mike Kenney aka Mike DeAscentis. The office address: 470 Olde Worthington Rd., Suite 470, Westerville, OH 43082. They own about 20 apt. complexes in the Columbus area, since 1975. The BBB is "so" aware of them. Triangle Real Estate has an "F" rating at the BBB, so they just keep changing the name. Audra Connell in the Breckenridge office is a liar. They charge bogus move-out fees!
