Rent was to be raised if we resigned the lease. Our cars were broken into in the parking lot, and the staff didn't even put up notices to the other tenant about potential dangers. We spoke to several other people who suffered the same. We were told that our application fee was waived only to be asked for fifty dollars four months later when management changed. The office keeps no records, so any mention of the fifty dollars was ignored. We were told they would look into it to no avail. When we departed, they charged us for replacing the carpet though there was only minor damage. The bill for the carpet had no explanation just a thousand dollar demand. It was always either too cold in the winter or too hot in the summer.
