Just an overall bad living experience. Paper thin walls, constant rumble of people walking around above, constant requests to enter your apartment, no cabinent/storage space, it goes on and on. Didn't inform me at move-in that they hadn't passed their fire inspection and that the Fire Marshall would be making frequent visits. Grounds are poorly kept, management continually changing, crime becoming more of a problem. They'll charge you excessively upon moveout, even for normal things like repainting. This is nothing more than a dorm, and a lousy dorm at that.
