When you move in they give you this crazy discount, then they write the contract for $50 more to cover late fee, but don't charge you unless the fee is late! Whats up with that' Cheating the IRS or something. Then when you re-lease if you want to go month to month it is a higher cost, 12 month is next lowest, then 14 months is lower. The electric is NEP co. and they are very high. The water is a flat fee of $25 a month. If you have direct deposit they charge you about $15 a month for that. They want a money order or cash seems that is a funny thing, hiding money maybe. When I came home with company the other night the walks didn't have salt on them and when they do salt they don't salt between the doors, only from the doors to the parking lot, guess they figure no body is walking to the mail box. Also the trash was piled up very high out side the container and stayed that way for days. I was really embarrased to say I live here. The door codes don't work, the halls are dirty and smell. I can't wait to move. Their is nothing here for the money. No electric in the garages. Also the lighting her is poor. Don't move here. Your kids can't or shouldn't play in the grass because the dogs are allowed to go any where they want, some pick it up and most don't. Dirty, pool dirty, not safe, poor lighting, bugs, next to wal-mart parking out, kids have no place to play, you don't get your money back, trash every where, something is very wrong with a place that won't let you know where the home office is or who owns this place, mail lost, utilities to high and a private co. they hang nasty letters on your door if your late, dog do every where, cars are dirty from trains, loud, pool closed at 9, to many kids at pool, no place to sit, not enough tables, treat you like crap after you get in, so many apt.empty they are begging people to move in, very hot in the summer, car broken in to. your treated like crap after you move in, they won't do any thing for you, snow piled up high, don't clean walks, kids aren't allowed out side, the doors don't work any one can come in here.

They own the electric & water co. (they submeter for additional profit). Before you move out make the office do any repairs & cleaning to your unit or you will be charged (they will not give you a copy of your move-in inspection form). Also, make photos & video (with date/time stamp) of your unit before you leave; you may need for court. The home office info is: Mike Kenney aka Mike DeAscentis; 470 Olde Worthington Rd.;Suite 470;Westerville,OH 43082 (They own about 20 apt. complexes, plus; electric & water submetering;they own Insight Bank, Westerville; Donald Kenney 614-471-4989;Steven Giles 614-918-2109;Mike DeAscentis 614-882-2500;Vicki French 740-369-9339; their Triangle Real Estate has an "F" rating with the BBB, so they changed the name to Ardent Property Mgmt. then to Preferred Living & Lifestyle Communities. They are big donors to the Ohio bar association; I guess to stay in business!
