Well, until today I haven't necessarily loved it here, but now I can honestly say that I HATE IT! We came home to find the lock on our door completely broken and have been calling the "emergency maintenance" number about every 10-15 minutes for over 4 hours with NO CALL BACK. We can't get in our apartment so apparently we'll have to stay at some family member's house and wear our same clothes to school and work tomorrow''!'! I guess some people wouldn't consider that an emergency, but I'd hate to see what would happen if there was water filling up the apartment or some kind of major disaster taking place. What is the point of an emergency after hours number that no one checks'

Also, we just got a note from the office saying that we owe like, $14 or something from October''''' It's March, and they just realized that we owe them $14 from October'

And don't even get me started about the parking lot situation with this past snow storm. It was a total NIGHTMARE! (Although they did send a note of apology saying that they will respond to it better next time)

All I can say is that I'm ready to get the heck outta here....although now I'm kind of scared about that after reading these reviews!!

Fraud move-out fees await; crooks & liars; they are the worst example of american business. In this new economy, let's hope this business fails, but they do own Insight Bank in Westerville. I guess that will be their bail-out.
