I have been living here for eight months now and I can not wait for my lease to be up so that I can move. The office staff is terrible, apartments are over priced, the security system on the outside of the buildings constantly lock up and you can not get in to your own apartment, not kid or pet friendly, parking is bad, cars get hit often here, the halls smell bad, did the mention the office staff is horrible!

Make sure before your lease ends that you have the office do any cleaning or repairs to your unit because you will be charged. They do not honor the move-in inspection form. Also, take photos & video (with date/time stamp) of your unit before you leave; you may need for court. Their move-out fees are bogus. Audra Connell & Stephen French are both liars; Stephen French lied to the BBB & contradicted himself in his own e-mails & he didn't care what the BBB thought. Their 1st company Triangle Real Estate has an "F" rating with the BBB, so they just changed the name of the company. Good Luck!
