I lease from them for quite some time, after a domestic violence charge I had to file on my husband (on the property!!) I had to move out because he wouldn't, he moved into his parents apartment (on the property), and I'm being sued for breaking the lease. Without my permission (I was told I had to sign a paper he requested) to release him from responsibility of the lease, they ON THEIR OWN, released him!!! In the first place, how/why would they side with a violent person'''!!! Second, what does that tell you about their honesty''''

Always pay the filing fee & go to court with this company. No one else can help. The BBB can't do anything with them; they lie to the BBB. Triangle Real Estate/Ardent Property Mgmt./Preferred Living is the same company. They have to keep changing the name to stay in business.
