I lived at Breckenridge for a year; During this time I had a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. It soon became apparent that my family would require a three bedroom apartment. I repeatedly inquired from the office staff about the availability of three bedroom apartments. I was constantly told that there were none available. I personally watched a three bedroom on my floor get rented TWICE, but was still told by the office staff that it wasn't available.
At one point, a member of the office staff LIED directly to me. I demanded to speak with her boss. After WEEKS of such demands, I was finally contacted by a STEVE FRENCH. Mr. French was less than helpful and in fact, turned out to have quite a problem telling the truth himself.
As far as the physical facilities: the apartments are filthy, (I had to clean urine and hair from my toilets upon moving in; the carpets were stained; the walls were dirty); there are dog feces on the ground all over the property; the new security doors recently installed, do not work; the office staff is in a CONSTANT state of flux: there must have been TEN different employees in the rental office in the year I was there; those employees do not care about the renters, and if the way I was treated is any example, are encouraged to lie to the lease holders.
There was a successive string of people getting caught having sex in their cars on the property; both during daylight and evening hours. Perhaps better lighting would have helped with this problem during the evening. Perhaps hiring a security company or an special duty policeman would have been the better choice.
