They are overpriced. I was charged 1200.00 for a 3bdrm/2bthrm. They never painted or replaced the carpet before I moved in. I had other peoples stains on the carpet. The hallways smell.It is very loud in the apts. The police won't even come there when you call.During emergencies, there is no lighting or help from management. The blackout for 7 days,no mgmt was on the property ,no security.There is never any parking,it's used as a storage area for unworking vehicles. I had to rent a garage for parking at an additional cost.I highly suggest do not live here if you are a single female. It is very dangerous, unsafe for you. the crime rate has escaleted. They broken into cars in the parking and apts.

are you sure you know where you lived... a 3 br is $900 not $1200. think you need to doubt check just where your at.
